This website was created using Squarespace. The Central Area Neighborhood Development Organization (CANDO) utilizes Squarespace for newsletter services. Squarespace maintains a Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy that explain what information it collects and how to opt out.

CANDO occasionally uses texting to communicate with volunteers and neighbors. The TextMagic Privacy Policy can be found online at their website.
You can OPT IN to this service by checking the box on any of our sign-in sheets, or by registering in person with a volunteer or staff. To remove your authorization, submit your request us by text (reply to the number you’ve received a message from indicating your desire to OPT OUT) or email at cando@thecentralneighborhood.com.

Donor Privacy

CANDO supports the Donor Bill of Rights.

CANDO receives donations through GiveMN, managed by MightyCause. GiveMN has Terms of Use available online. By default, consent to GiveMN provides consent to the MightyCause Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as well.

CANDO obtains and uses information from people donating to the organization. We may collect some or all of the following: email address, phone number, amount donated, and designation. We comply with record keeping requirements set by local, state and federal tax laws.
